Stuga Machinery, the sawing and machining centre specialist, will be exhibiting the latest in their range of centers at Glassex 2010 at the NEC in Birmingham from 17th to 20th October.

The new sawing & machining centre is designed to have every possible facility to help fabricators produce uPVC windows and doors cost effectively with the minimum of operator involvement and the maximum of accuracy, consistency and reliability. As usual Stuga have used quieter times in the market to develop a new machine with exciting features and this machine will be at Glassex and have some interesting innovations as always.

Utilising Stuga`s engineering base to research new ideas and then turn them into reality is what makes dealing direct with this manufacturer more interesting. For Stuga this has meant new innovations that are usually quickly imitated by their German competitors, but what better compliment could there be?

Stuga machinery is designed by British engineers for British window companies where we have totally different profiles and windows to those on the continent. In particular the machinery is designed to be smaller and more efficient because factories in this country are limited for space and because Stuga machinery is designed to be much more economical than other makes when it comes to power consumption. The machinery isnít designed for the German market and then adapted for the British market.

The general mis-information banded about by purveyors of heavy German equipment is that ””””big means quality”””” however this is hard to justify when numerous ëbigí German machines have ended up on the scrap heap or in corners unused over the last ten years while not one Stuga machine has ever been scrapped during that period. In fact there is no reason why any Stuga machine cannot continue to provide years of good service due to innovative clear thinking in design. Stuga are also always on hand to offer upgrades and work arounds when components or software become obsolete, a phenomenon that applies to all machinery.

Why not come along to Glassex and check out the very latest in economical high performance sawing & machining, meet the team behind the top class hardware and software designs as well as the unique and highly rated service experience. Stuga guarantees service call-out times.
