With the situation surrounding the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak rapidly evolving, we wish to inform you that we will be suspending factory and onsite customer operations with immediate effect. Our priority is maintaining the health and safety of our team.
The service team will be available for telephone support and online diagnostics.
These are unprecedented times and we recognise that many lives and businesses have been disrupted as a result. With this in mind, we are working to ensure that communication lines remain open, to avoid inconveniencing you.
We will continue to update you over the coming weeks should there be any significant changes to our operational processes but in the meantime, we would ask that wherever possible, you forward correspondence to us electronically to avoid any potential delays that may arise as a result of any escalation in the Government’s policies in regards to restricted social interaction.
We will await further instructions and guidance from the Government and we will be back as soon as it is safe to do so.
