With the situation surrounding the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak rapidly evolving, we wish to inform you that we are now open. Service is fully operational including for customer visits.
The service team is available for telephone support and online diagnostics during normal business hours.
Please note that we are extremely busy as many of our customers are trying to get their plants operational at this time so you will be asked to leave a message and we will do our best to return all calls in a timely manner. You can email the service team direct by using the email address on the service sticker on your Stuga machine.
Stuga technicians will only operate in a safe manner and will leave premsies where they do not feel safe. Social distancing is essential at all itmes with regards to our field technicians.
Each technician has their own PPE including masks but if you have any special requirements please tell us in advance.
We respectfully point out that we are asking for customers to bring their account up to date before we give full service support. This includes service contract customers. We hope you will understand that we have to pay our creditors and cannot give full service to you if we do not. We believe you will understand our position regarding this. Finally, and most importantly, we wish you, your business and your families continued safety and good health. If there is anything else that we can do to support you, please let us know.
