With the situation surrounding the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak rapidly evolving, we wish to inform you that we are still operationally closed.
The service team is available for telephone support and online diagnostics during normal business hours. We have already assisted many fabricators who are carrying out essential maintenace work on their Stuga machines and some that are back in production. If we are able to access your Stuga machine’s online services there are many ways we can try to help you. Parts and technician visits are currently not possible but we are reviewing this regularly based on guidelines and developments in the field.
If you have recommenced fabrication or have a date to restart please email us by replying to this email as we are attempting to plan a restart of geographical support.
These are unprecedented times and we recognise that many lives and businesses have been disrupted as a result. With this in mind, we are working to ensure that communication lines remain open, to avoid inconveniencing you.
We will continue to update you should there be any significant changes to our operational processes but in the meantime, we would ask that wherever possible, you forward correspondence to us electronically to avoid any potential delays that may arise as a result of any escalation in the Government’s policies in regards to restricted social interaction. All machines supplied by Stuga have a sticker with the service email address or you can make contact through www.stuga.co.uk
We will await further instructions and guidance from the Government and we will be back as soon as it is safe to do so.
