We have a Flowline-3 that can be fully rebuilt to an 'as-new' Flowline or rebuilt into a 'as-new' ZX3.

The Flowline rebuild can produce around 500 to 550 windows per week.

The ZX3 upgrade rebuild will produce between 600 and 700 windows per week but is more efficient on trickle vents and doors due to having simultaneous cutting on both sides of the profiles.

Both versions come with a full warranty the same as a new machine and are total rebuilds.

Flowline-3 manufactured in 2005 currently being refurbished and upgraded to ZX3 with all the latest technology and features including double plunge, Microsoft Windows, length measuring and more.

This machine feeds from right to left.

This Ecoline is a dedicated sash-only version capable of high speed output of sashes automatically. Frame can also be produced without 'V' notches and the machine would make a perfect door automat for sash or frame (without 'V' notching'). This machine feeds from right to left.
